Mushrooooommmmmmmmmmsssss...

Mushrooms Mushrooms Where art thou? I love mushrooms any type of mushrooms except for one particular type. The one that is what people called the Straw Mushroom but for me it look like a little penis..ha ha ha..ok ok..sorry sorry..I love mushrooms soo much that I created my own mushroom dish. Sauteed Mushroom. Now when you google the meaning of Sauteed you will get "fried quickly in a little fat"...Fat? Hmmm..well it means this dish can only be eaten during special occassion. Well, my dish is not really fattening. The only thing which is fattening is the butter I use for cooking it so not much fat there. You can always buy low fat butter..ha ha ha ha. This dish is damn easy and if you are not sure, please feel free to message me in facebook or email....

INGREDIENTS

  • Any different type of mushrooms - Don't have to be expensive ones..you can buy china ones..which is kinda nice as well except for the little penis type..ha ha ha

  • Butter for cooking - you can use margarine if you want. Low fat or low cholesterol is advisable
  • Garlic - chopped finely (3 or 4 small pieces)
  • Different type of herbs (up to you)-Parsley, Thymes, Basil etc - Please do not use curry powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
STEPS
Step 1
  • Cut all the mushrooms into strips or smaller pieces

Step 2
  • Put butter into a hot wok and when it melts put the garlic. Stir fry it fast until nice garlic aroma comes out

Step 3
  • Put all the mushrooms into the wok and stir fry it fast. Make sure the fire is medium and not too big otherwise all the mushrooms will be burnt and you will be eating charcoal mushrooms. ha ha
  • If got mushroom fall onto the floor, please wash it and throw it back into the wok

Step 4
  • Put some pepper into the mushrooms and then all the herbs and also some salt. Not too much of the herbs though. Taste the mushroom to see which other herbs or salt or pepper you should add more.

Step 5
  • DO NOT ADD WATER cos water will come out from the mushroom. It wont take long for the mushroom to be cooked....

DONE...

Easy right? Good Luck.....
