Step 1
- Put oil into the wok and then fry the garlic till nice garlicky aroma comes out...Make sure it is not burnt okie.
Step 2
- Throw the chicken gizzard into the work. I totally forgot to tell the preparer to cut the gizzard so big chunks of them fall into the wok. So with my fast and sharp mind, I quickly used the scissor and took one piece at a time and cut them into smaller pieces. It ain't pretty but oh well. HOT wok HOT Gizzard..But if I don't tell those people who eat it they won't know. ha ha ha ha..So please DO NOT FOLLOW ME alright!
After Cut Pictures...Do not dare to take pictures before CUT..ha ha
- Fry it till it is almost cooked. around 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
- Throw into the wok the Chives Flower and also the snow peas and stir fry them. Mix them well. Fry and fry..
Step 4
- Pour some oyster sauce into the wok. Don't put too much though otherwise it will be very salty. Make sure you taste it okie and pour some more if not enough. Do not put sugar or salt.
- Pour some water and cover the wok and let it cooked for a while. Remember to open the lid and fry it and then cover it again. Do not over cook it otherwise not nice anymore.
